tactical riot gear
FBF-B-SK05 Anti- Riot Suit
Riot gear is primarily used during riot control operations, offering personal protection for officers handling violent individuals. It can effectively shield the wearer against attacks from sharp weapons, clubs, and projectiles aimed at the majority of the body, especially key areas. Moreover, riot gear is characterized by its ease and freedom of movement, short dressing time, and portability.

Quantity:
The gear is designed to fit individuals between 165cm and 185cm in height, and it comes in one size. Users can adjust the connecting straps according to their own height. The riot gear should be easy to put on and take off, and it should not significantly limit the free movement of the wearer's arms or restrict actions such as kneeling, jumping, squatting, running, bending, and turning.

1. The sample consists of riot gear, protective gloves, and a carrying bag. Armor made from engineering plastic and soft energy-absorbing material is used for the protective layers on the chest, back, and limbs. A 2.5mm thick aluminum plate along with foam is used for the groin protection.

2. The standard protected area is as follows:

     Chest and groin area: ≥0.10m²;

     Back area: ≥0.10m²;

     Upper limbs: ≥0.18m²;

     Lower limbs (including the instep): ≥0.30m²;

3. The total weight should be ≤7.1kg.

4. Structure connectivity strength tests indicate that the buckle strength should be >500N, the velcro strength should be >7.0N/cm², and the tie strap strength should be >2000N.

5. Anti-stabbing performance: the front chest, back, and groin areas of the riot gear (excluding seams) using the standard test knife according to GA68-2008, should be able to withstand a vertical puncture of 20J of kinetic energy without the knife tip puncturing the protective part.

6. The after-flame time of the protective part surface should be less than or equal to 10 seconds.

7. Impact resistance test: any protective part of the riot gear placed on a rigid plane should not break or crack when impacted with 120J of energy.

8. Impact energy absorption test: When the front and back of the riot gear are laid flat on standard clay and impacted with 100J of energy, the depth of the clay imprint should not exceed 20mm.

9. High and low temperature performance: After keeping the riot gear at temperatures ranging from high temperature +55℃±2℃ to low temperature -20±2℃ for 4 hours, the gear should meet the anti-stabbing performance requirements.

10. The implementing standard: GA420-2008 Police Riot Gear.
