FCF-FB-SK01 Stab-resistant Vest
Stab-resistant clothing is designed to provide protection to the body during riot control missions, capable of resisting attacks from sharp-edged weapons and knives. The stab-resistant clothing consists of an outer jacket and a stab-resistant liner, utilizing Velcro fastening for adjustable fit according to the wearer's body size. It offers excellent flexibility, lightweight construction, and thin thickness to minimize the burden on the wearer. Developed using modern polymer material technology, it combines flexible features for stab and cut resistance. The outer appearance is designed in the style of formal attire, allowing it to be discreetly worn underneath a jacket.

Quantity:
General Requirements: The stab-resistant suit is composed of a stab-resistant outer jacket, stab-resistant layer, and stab-resistant layer protective cover. The materials used for the stab-resistant suit are non-toxic and pose no natural harm to the human body. The suit is flexible and easy to put on and take off, allowing unrestricted movement of the arms, as well as various body actions such as kneeling, jumping, squatting, bending, and twisting. The specifications of the outer jacket of the stab-resistant suit should be compatible with the stab-resistant layer and should be separable. The stab-resistant layer protective cover should bear the"stabbing side"label.

  1. Appearance Requirements: The outer jacket of the stab-resistant suit should be free from defects such as damage, loose threads, or needle leaks. The surface of the stab-resistant layer material should be free from holes, deep pits, scratches, cracks, notches, or sharp edges, with rust-resistant treatment applied to metal materials and uniform smoothness for non-metal materials. The stab-resistant material in each layer should be uniformly smooth and consistent, without local bulges, wrinkles, or defects. The specifications and dimensions of each layer of the stab-resistant material should be consistent.

  2. Color: Navy blue.

  3. Stab-Resistant Layer Structure: 9-layer aramid impregnated adhesive woven fabric.

  4. Stab-Resistant Suit Protective Cover Material Performance: The protective cover of the stab-resistant layer is black, with all four sides sealed uniformly, and the water resistance should be ≥3 levels under static water pressure.

  5. Protection Area: ≥0.25m².

  6. Weight: ≤1.0kg.

  7. Stab-Resistant Performance: For B-class stab-resistant suits, using D2 and D3 knives separately, the test body impacts the stab-resistant suit with 24 J±0.5 J of energy for penetration testing. In the case of effective penetration, the stab-resistant suit should remain unpenetrated.

  8. Water Immersion Resistance: Under normal temperature conditions, after immersing the stab-resistant suit in water for 30 minutes, B-class stab-resistant suits, using D2 and D3 knives separately, should be tested with 24 J±0.5 J of impact energy for penetration. In the case of effective penetration, the stab-resistant suit should remain unpenetrated.

  9. Temperature Adaptability: a. Placing the stab-resistant suit in a constant temperature box at +55℃±2℃ for 4 hours, B-class stab-resistant suits, using D2 and D3 knives separately, should be tested with 24 J±0.5 J of impact energy for penetration. In the case of effective penetration, the stab-resistant suit should remain unpenetrated. b. Placing the stab-resistant suit in a constant temperature box at -20℃±2℃ for 4 hours, B-class stab-resistant suits, using D2 and D3 knives separately, should be tested with 24 J±0.5 J of impact energy for penetration. In the case of effective penetration, the stab-resistant suit should remain unpenetrated.

  10. Compliance Standard:"GA68-2019 Police Stab-Resistant Suit."
