Anti-Stab Suit (with Anti-Stab Chip )FCF-JA-SK01
The anti-stab suit consists of an anti-stab outer jacket, an anti-stab layer, and a protective cover for the anti-stab layer. The material of the anti-stab suit is non-toxic, causing no harm to the human body. Wearing it does not restrict the free movement of the arms or hinder actions such as kneeling, jumping, squatting, bending, and turning. The outer jacket is compatible with the anti-stab chip and can be separated. It offers excellent comfort and concealment: the product is scientifically designed with materials that are lightweight and thin, providing a comfortable and snug fit with outstanding concealment. Ergonomic design: the anti-stab layer adopts a composite structure of metal film and cushioning layer, processed through a special technique to overcome the shortcomings of the original metal scale overlapping structure, which had poor anti-tilt stabbing performance and the issue of detachment at riveting points during long-term use. Strong temperature adaptability: the anti-stab chip is made of super-soft alloy film material, exhibiting stable performance and strong temperature adaptability. It resists aging, overcoming the drawbacks of non-metal anti-stab materials experiencing a decline in performance due to colloidal aging and material softening in high-temperature environments. Thinner and lighter chip: compared to non-metal anti-stab chips, the chip is lighter, being more than 40% lighter than traditional metal anti-stab chips, and the thickness of the anti-stab material is more than 85% thinner than non-metal chips

The material of the anti-stab suit is non-toxic, causing no harm to the human body. The anti-stab suit is flexible to wear and easy to put on and take off. Wearing it does not restrict the free movement of the arms or hinder actions such as kneeling, jumping, squatting, bending, and turning. The specifications of the outer jacket of the anti-stab suit match those of the anti-stab layer and can be separated. The protective cover for the anti-stab layer has a"stabbing surface"label.

  2. Appearance Requirements: The outer jacket of the anti-stab suit should be free from damage, loose threads, and needle leaks. The surface of the anti-stab layer material should be free from holes, deep pits, scratches, cracks, and burrs, with rust-resistant treatment for metal materials and a uniformly smooth surface for non-metal materials. The anti-stab material in the same layer should be uniformly smooth and consistent, without local bulges or wrinkles. The specifications and dimensions of each layer of the anti-stab layer should be consistent. The anti-stab suit should have a clear and permanent product logo located 10cm below the center of the back inside the collar.

  3. Color: Navy blue.

  4. Anti-Stab Layer Structure: 3mm thick foam + 4 layers of 0.2mm thick steel plate + 3mm thick foam + 5mm thick foam.

  5. Protective Cover Material Performance: The protective cover for the anti-stab layer is black, with sealed and uniformly consistent edges. The anti-static water pressure performance should be ≥3 levels.

  6. Protection Area: ≥0.28m².

  7. Weight: ≤2.3kg.

  8. Anti-Stab Performance: Class A anti-stab suits should withstand puncture tests with a D1 knife and a test body with an impact energy of 24 J±0.5 J without penetration.

  9. Water Immersion Resistance: At room temperature, after soaking the anti-stab suit in water for 30 minutes, a Class A anti-stab suit should withstand puncture tests with a D1 knife and a test body with an impact energy of 24 J±0.5 J without penetration.

  10. Temperature Adaptability:

    • Place the anti-stab suit in a constant temperature box at +55℃±2℃ for 4 hours. Afterward, a Class A anti-stab suit should withstand puncture tests with a D1 knife and a test body with an impact energy of 24 J±0.5 J without penetration.
    • Place the anti-stab suit in a constant temperature box at -20℃±2℃ for 4 hours. Afterward, a Class A anti-stab suit should withstand puncture tests with a D1 knife and a test body with an impact energy of 24 J±0.5 J without penetration.
